  Because WinPT now takes advantage of some additional code called
GPGME (GPG Made Easy)  that Werner is adding to the next GPG release
(v 1.0.5).
 
 Since the current v1.0.4 doesn't contain GPGME code, Timo compiled a
version with the GPGME code (and NO other changes) so that we can use
WinPT now, without having to wait for GnuPG 1.05.

  The MOMENT that 1.05 is released we will no longer need the version
Timo compiled.
