GPG man page translation of Chinese

Hello,

This is for Chinese GPG users.

I started to translate GPG man page into Chinese. The work is in slow
progress and have some difficult parts for my poor English. If some one are
available, please look at
http://home.doramail.com/chingche/gpg.man.zh-TW.Big5.txt to correct me the
wrong translation.

If there is a Chinese translation exist already, please let me know to avoid
double work.
