Hi. I don't know, but I would suspect that it generates a prime number. And by source, it probably means the source code of gnupg. It's probably one of those if-you-don't-know-what-it-does-you-don't-need-it options. It's not neccesary from the user's point of view. Regards, Jure Mercun
