Win32 passphrase proposal

YES - I am aware that I can modify the source myself (and distribute it)
However, I won't have time to get to this one for at least 3 months
(probably 6).
Anyway, since there are slots in the Windoze Registry for GnuPG which allow
alteration of 'language' and 'homedir', I'd like to propose adding one more:
Specifically 'passphrase'
This would (of course) be an alternative to the '--passphrase-fd'
on the command-line, but (perhaps) slightly more secure.
Any thoughts?
