gnupg-Outlook plugin released

I've installed it on my WinNT system and it's worked for me, just
some times it didn't encrypt message before sending. Also, the
key-list dialog can not display all of ID in my key ring correctly,
which the key ring I can read right by GPA or GPG command line.

Anyway, it is a good and only (as I know) for OUTLOOK plug-in,
even it can not work right some times. You need administrator
privilege for installation, otherwise you may try WinPT instead.
