Do not do this; you MUST use rndw32 as /dev/random doesn't provide
secure random numbers under Cygwin.  Without a sound random number
generator you MAY LEAK YOUR SECRET KEY!

Forget about Tiger - it is never used except for gpg --print-mds

Probably due to warnings present in the output and piped to the
