PGP 6.5.3 reports bad signature on GnuPG signed files/mails

7.0.X also have problems with v4 sigs.

PGP 7.X can only verify detached v4 signatures and clearsignatures
but not signatures (CKT now can)

that will not verify with PGP7.X, but will verify with GPG and PGP6.5.8ckt06
