    Sorry, I don't understand what you want to do.

If I guess correctly, he wants to preserve the signature for the data
after decryption, so that others can can verify the data.

I've heard of this request before, and I seem to recall that Werner was
putting this functionality into GnuPG, but I don't know of any progress.
