It is unclear whether there is a denial of the official denial :-)

BAN? WHAT BAN?
Monday's ILN reported that German officials were banning
Microsoft operating systems because they were concerned
about a possible backdoor built into them by the NSA.
Germany's Defense Ministry, however, denies that there is
any ban and MS refutes allegations that there is any
backdoor.
Germany Denies Microsoft Ban
An alleged backdoor planted by the National Security Agency is the reason
Germany's Defense Ministry is banning MS operating systems. But a German
official denies there's any ban, and MS has always denied the backdoor. Steve
Kettmann reports from Berlin.
