1.0.5 for Win 95/98/NT ?

Can someone tell me if/when the precompiled Binary for GPG 1.0.5 will be
available for Win 95/98/NT, or is that precompiled binary not considered
an 'official' release from GnuPG. In other words, should I be directing
this query to people like Keith Ray instead of GnuPG Users?
