IDEA in win32 version of gpg

I remember reading here that gpg 1.0.5 for win32 would have the
possibility of loading extra modules, like the Unix versions, so
I could use the IDEA module in the win32 version. Is this correct,
and if yes, where can I download a precompiled IDEA module, or,
if nowhere, how can I compile one myself?
