I have to disappoint you here, the only one of the GPG+GPGShell
duo that tries to connect to the outside is gpg. ZoneAlram says
so, not me, unless Roger has teamed up with ZoneLabs and made
them make his "backdoor" untraceable for this particular
firewall app.

I said to limit it to non Sci-Fi eh.
