Yes. A change in KeyServer policy... or whatever would be required to
give Key Owners more control over their own Public Keys. Unfortunately,
KeyServers only allow additions, so the Key ID you deleted on your own
local copy will not be reflected in the copy on the KeyServers... It
will be there for all eternity. :o(
