How do I find a nearby Key Signing party? Monmouth County, New Jersey.

I don't know how to find a Key Signing party. But if you go to some expo 
or conference where Debian people are around you can be sure to get 
lots of signatures.
If you are on a university/college you could look for keys containing 
the university's/college's email domain. And then you convince the 
people you find to sign your key.
