Why don't you do something about it.  This is FREE software after all,
it requires a community, a lot of volunteers, to do the work.  Contribute a=

couple of brain cells to write code, rather than demanding other people
do all the work.

Doesn't appear that it was necessarily outlined from what documents I=20
looked at (course I don't read or speak German, so I couldn't check the=20
originals), even though I'm sure the GnuPG team would like to have a=20
version that supports Windows 2000.  Course if the NT version doesn't=20
work, perhaps you should call Micro$oft tech support and ask why they=20
don't they do something about it.  2000 is "built on NT technology" afteral=
l,=20
is it not.
