ASPQMail integration

We've figured out the problem... ASPQmail apparently calls gpg.exe under the
security context of the IWAM_MACHINENAME account, not the IUSER_MACHINENAME
account. This behavior is not documentent anywhere in the ASPmail or
ASPQmail documentation; we've sent ServerObjects this info so they can
update their documentation.

So, if you give read/execure on the GnuPG directory to IWAM_MACHINENAME, and
change permissions to the mail file directory to IWAM_USERNAME, everything
works well.

One odd thing: gpg.exe returns error status 2 when run, although everything
appears to work correctly and I get an encrypted output file. I'm still
looking into that - I think it may have something to do with the warning
message I get when running gpg with the -v switch:
gpg: using secondary key 8F79D560 instead of primary key 28808FF2

Any ideas about this one? I suppose I could simply specify 28808FF2 as the
key instead of the email address...

I'm converting from pgp and I'm having some troubles. I desperately need some help with this.
