As a completely off-topic aside (so reply off-list, please :) , it's
worth knowing that Microsoft Transaction Server -installed COM
objects often using the IWAM_machinename context, rather than the
IUSR_machinename one. I find it's usually wise to ensure that
IWAM_machinename has the same permissions to any file or folder as
IUSR_machinename.
