Use gpg with sylpheed 0.6.2

1. Download and install gpgme. Be sure the gpgme is in /lib

2. Recompile Slypheed like this:
	./configure --enable-gpgme
	make
	make install

3. That's it. Slypheed can be compiled with many options, check out their FAQ http://nlpagan.net/sylpheed-faq.html
