Not yet. It will be in 1.0.7. However, if you want to remain compatible with pgp 2.X you'd better create an RSA key with a pgp 2 version because GnuPG will use a different format for its generated RSA keys (but it can handle the keys generated with pgp 2.x). -- ir.
