I'm assuming you mean a signature on a key (as opposed to a signature
on some document).
Anyway, do you mean remove as in "take it off and make the key as if
it that signature had never been applied", or revoke as in "don't
trust this signature any longer"?
Both are in the --edit-key menu. The first can be done via "delsig",
and the second can be done by "revsig".
Note that if the key with the signature is on a keyserver somewhere,
delsig doesn't really have much effect on anyone but you - as soon as
someone refreshes their keyring from the keyserver the deleted
signature will come back.
