Win32 compile question ...

I hope this is the correct place for this question ... I've read =
'Readme.W32' and installed
and tested Mingw32. The gpg documentation then says to run 'autogen.sh' =
which I=20
assume is a shell script, but from what I understand Mingw32 dosen't =
include a=20
shell. Please tell me what I've missed.
