GPGME make check 1 of 8 Test fails

Well, i don't know what happens, but if i comment that line (LINE_76, 
"tests/t-encrypt.c",     fail_if_err (err);) and do a make ckeck it 
passes all 8 tests...

so whats wrong here...?
