No major reason, but a few minor ones. It makes more sense if you
know that the key is incomplete - there is another subkey attached (a
DSA signing key). I use the Elgamal key for encryption, the DSA
signing key in some places for signing, and the big RSA key is only
used to sign subkeys and is stored offline.
