I think this can be done, yes. Use upx to shrink the executables for space
(gpg.exe will become about 250kb), and put a .reg file on the disk with
the file locations, and maybe one to clear the registry afterwards.
Unfortunately it seems nearly imposible nowadays to use a win32 program
without that bloody registry, even if it's ported from unix :-( .
