That might be a good philosophical stand, but if I wanted people to
actually use my mail client, I would try to support the formal standa=
rd
and any common non-standard variations. Inline clearsigning and ASCII
armored encryption is more common than PGP/MIME.
We need more mail clients to correctly support PGP/MIME. But until th=
en,
we still need to be able to create and process inline signed and/or
encrypted messages.
