Comment option questions

No.  Each comment must be on a single line, but there is nothing in
the standard that says how long a "line" is.  There is also nothing in
the standard that says you can't have multiple Comment headers.  Note
that doesn't mean that any given implementation will allow it - just
that the standard is silent on the subject.
