maybe,
but only if secret(private) key is protected with IDEA and GPG does not have IDEA module.
however even in this case GPG imports the key, it only can't decrypt it and use later..

unset passphrase in PGP
export from PGP
import in GPG
set passphrase in PGP
set passphrase in GPG
