How to Skip pass phrase

	Is there any way ?

	While signing my documents I don't want to enter pass phrase and 
simply without that I want to sign it alone with my private key. The 
recipient also could be able to decrypt and verify it without my
passphrase and alone with my private key.
	Is there any tuning method in GnuPg ?
