list of keyservers?

This hasn't worked for a long time for me, is it supposed to?  It
seems as if pgp.net's nameservers have disabled zone transfers.

$ host -l pgp.net
Host pgp.net. not found: 9(NOTAUTH)
; Transfer failed.
$
