Unable to Import Public Key

Hi all,

how can I solve this Problem:

D:\programme\GnuPGExch>gpg --import e:\test2.txt
gpg: key BAADBBCD: no valid user IDs
gpg: this may be caused by a missing self-signature
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg:           w/o user IDs: 1

Key in File test2.txt comes via E-Mail from a internal Key-Server wich
is used by one of our customers.
