BTW, you'll also have to ensure that the web server process can read the
directory and the keyring files, and I don't know whether or not gpg will
be unhappy with a world-executable directory and world-readable keyrings.
You might, aside from experimentation to see if it matters, whip up a
little php script to make the .gnupg dir (hey, see where it turns up!)
and then import the key(s) and so on so that they are owned by the web
server and not by your...
