Idea how to leave double-mails out?

Is M-F-T what I must do to make this reply:
1.) Press REPLY ALL
2.) Delete all the unwanted Addressees
3.) Change Cc: to To: on the remaining one.
4.) Disable VeriSign Signature
5.) Press Send
