I'm pretty sure that can't be done in Windows NT, 2000, or even 9x versions. IIRC, only in Windows 3.1 and earlier was this possible.

It is possible, with a kernel-mode device driver, to allocate RAM from the non-paged memory pool. The OS will never swap these chunks of RAM out to disk. I believe the last PGP Desktop version included such a driver to store keys, etc in memory on Windws NT/2000.
