In 1.0.7, regular --list-keys shows this:

sig 2 L 3CB3B415 2002-06-11 David M. Shaw <dshaw@jabberwocky.com>
      ^
 This 'L' means "local".

In using --with-colons, the third letter in the 11th field will be 'x'
for a regular signature, and 'l' for a local signature.
