Yup. I had similar problems until I edited the preferences on my public key
and redistributed it.
You have the following options:
1. Obtain and load the IDEA cipher module -- doesn't come with GnuPG. You
may have legal restrictions that prevent you from using IDEA.
2. Modify the preferences on your public key to ensure that IDEA isn't
listed.
3. Have the client modify their script so they do no use the IDEA cipher.
