AW: Compile gnupg-1.0.7 on Compaq Tru64

Hello David

Thank you very much for the patch.
I was now able to compile gnupg 1.0.7 on Compaq Tru64 V4.0G and V5.1. =
It worked fine with gcc and also with the original Compaq C-compiler.

This is fixed in 1.0.8.  In the meantime, you can apply the attached
patch to util/memory.c.
