Does someone know if it's required in the OpenPGP spec that a user id be 5
characters or greater? I am "cursed" with a 4 letter first name and when I
try and generate a new key or add a new user id with just my first name, gpg
gives me the error "Name must be at least 5 characters long." I can easily
work around this by using Todd. or something like that (or by using pgp,
which doesn't seem to care about the uid length).
I see this comes from g10/keygen.c and looks to be easily modified, but I'm
curious if this is part of the spec or not.
