You can ignore this error if you like (it's just a warning).  The
problem is that your config file has the line:
  honor-http-proxy
and as of GnuPG 1.0.7, the option to do that is
  keyserver-options honor-http-proxy

If you stick a "keyserver-options" in front of the "honor-http-proxy"
the warning will go away.
