GPG 1.1.92 bogus error for IDEA plugin

Thanks for your great and excellent work! With the binary under
Windows 2K SP2 I have a problem with IDEA - it seems that gnupg
searches the plugin idea.dll under "hardcoded" directory...

I have in the options file the line:

   load-extension idea

But gpg --versions says:
