It's a difficult question since the cipher can change depending on the
recipient.  For example, if the recipient requests CAST5, it'll be
CAST5.  If there is a conflict between recipients, it'll be resolved
as best as possible.  If the conflict cannot be resolved, it'll be
3DES.

The hash is a little easier: in 1.0.6, it's SHA-1 unless the signing
key is a PGP 2.x key.
