To also display signature classes and dates, and have the signatures
sorted by keyid, class, and date, use:

  http://keyserver.kjsl.com:11371/pks/lookup?op=3Dvindex&fingerprint=3Don&s=
earch=3D0x28BCB3E3

or one of these forms:

  http://keyserver.kjsl.com:11371/
  http://keyserver.kjsl.com/~jharris/skylane/pks-commands2.php

NB:  The .php page should only be used when port 11371 is blocked
by a firewall.  Also, it takes exactly the same query strings as the
keyserver itself does and can therefore be easily substituted for
the host:11371 URL in (well-behaved, please!) scripts and programs.
