You might want to try the Enigmail plugin (enigmail.mozdev.org)
available for the Mozilla browsers (mozdev.org). The standalone
Thunderbird client with Enigmail support, again available at mozdev, and
my favorite when working with windows, GPGshell, a shell wrapper around
GnuPG (can be used in Outlook by selecting text, performing
encrypt/decrypt/verify operations, and then re-pasting) available at:
