It's in the man page as well as in the default options file (options.skel).
Though I just noticed that options.skel has the wrong syntax. It says:
# Group names may be defined like this:
# group mynames paige 0x12345678 joe patti
But this gives an error. The syntax listed in the man page works:
group name=value1 [value2 value3 ...]
It's the = that missing in options.skel.
