As Adrian mentioned, you can use the parsable output from --with-colons
- --fixed-list-mode. Field 9 of the 'pub:' line is the ownertrust. Just take
a look on the file doc/DETAILS where you can find a lot of tips and tricks
about internal structures and parsing the messages of GnuPG automatically.
