You can get GPG compiled for Windows from http://www.gnupg.org and also=20
from http://www.nullify.org (which I think is the better of the two=20
since it uses a different compiler).  There are front ends to GPG for=20
Windows applications in GPGShell and WinPT; GPGShell is free but not=20
open source, but it is IMO the most mature of the two front ends.

There are a number of plug-ins which have been written for specific=20
applications.  There is an OE plugin and also one for Pegasus, and The=20
Bat.  However, the best of the bunch again IMHO, is Enigmail which is=20
produced for Mozilla based browsers mail (the mail clients of Mozilla,=20
Beonex Communicator, and Netscape, for instance).
