I'm using WinXP Pro SP1 and after the tests i've done
i think the problem is not for gpg: if i create a key
pair using gpg with password "á" there is not any
problem, i can decrypt and generate a revocation
certificate to disk (--output file --gen-revoke key).
The problem i have occurs when that key pair has been
generated using frontend WinPT.

I would say that gpg it's working fine but maybe
WinPT it's using different charset or other cause.

        Pedro.
