fixed --keyring problems

Ok, I found out why this wasn't working. --keyring wants the full path
to the keyfile or it assumes ~/.gnupg/keyfile if one isn't provided. So,
while gpg --fingerprint --keyfile newfile.gpg doesn't work, this command
does: gpg --fingerprint --keyfile ./newfile.gpg and you have to use the
--no-default-keyring if you want to eliminate that from the output.
However, I think this is counter-intuitive and should be changed in a
future release.
