Importing SMIME and PGP7 into GPG

S/MIME is based on CMS and X.509 which is entirely different
standard.  There is no way to use such a certificate with OpenPGP.

However, we have a similar software (gpgsm) which supports this
protocol; see http://gnupg.org/aegypten.html.  Eventually it will be
included into the GnuPG package.
