These guys seem to have it right (I pasted mine into their window), but 
these guys

have it wrong; I uploaded it with

gpg --send-key Whimsey


keyserver hkp://sks.dnsalias.net

is in my .gnupg/options file.

Could they both be right?

Is there a bug in gpg --send-key?
