Twofish, Blowfish no recommended cipher anymore ?!

I can't imagine a reason to drop them, unless they are broken at some
time in the future.  The important thing is that all of those
algorithms are defined in OpenPGP so you get to pick which you want.
If a particular algorithm isn't available in a particular
implementation, you can always change implementations or add that
algorithm to your chosen implementation.
